2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- One person may maintain only one active account
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication when available.
4. E-PIN System
- E-PINs are required for user activation and registration
- E-PINs are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase
- E-PINs are non-refundable once purchased
- E-PINs cannot be transferred between accounts without admin approval
- Unused or expired E-PINs may be subject to forfeiture
5. Binary MLM Compensation Plan
5.1 Income Types
Our platform offers multiple income streams:
- Sponsor Income: Fixed commission for referrals
- Pair Income: Earnings based on binary team matching (10-15% rate)
- Level Income: Commissions from up to 25 levels deep
5.2 Income Caps and Limits
- Daily capping limit: ₹5,000
- Weekly capping limit: ₹30,000
- Monthly capping limit: ₹1,00,000
- Maximum pairs processed per day may be limited by admin settings
5.3 Income Processing
Income is calculated and credited automatically based on team performance. Processing times may vary, and income is subject to verification and compliance checks.
6. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500
- Admin fee: 5% of withdrawal amount
- TDS deduction: 5% as per applicable tax laws
- Withdrawals require completed KYC verification
- Processing time: 3-7 business days
- Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected for compliance reasons
7. KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification
7.1 Required Documents
- Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN Card, Passport, etc.)
- Proof of address (Utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
- Bank account details for withdrawals
- Recent photograph
7.2 Verification Process
KYC documents will be reviewed by our admin team within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if needed.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts or fake accounts
- Using automated bots or scripts to manipulate the system
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
- Making false or misleading income claims
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by Binary MLM Pro or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
11.1 No Guarantee of Income
We do not guarantee any specific income or earnings. Your success depends on your efforts, network building, and market conditions.
11.2 Investment Risk
Participation in our MLM program involves financial risk. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.
11.3 Service Availability
We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary MLM Pro shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Losses due to technical failures or system downtime
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Non-compliance with KYC requirements
- Inactivity for an extended period
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
15. Governing Law
